Our sports camps are built on the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, a seven-stage framework that supports athletic growth from infancy to adulthood. This approach prioritizes each participant’s developmental needs, equipping them with core skills for lifelong engagement in sports. It also serves as a valuable guide for coaches, administrators, and parents.
All activities are led by members of the UNIS Athletics and Physical Education department, ensuring high-quality instruction in a familiar and trusted environment. This program is exclusively open to current and incoming UNIS families, with enrollment limits as needed to maintain program integrity.
